I have some problems wth the E-mail router in 4.0
Situation: CRM 4.0 & Exchange 2007
When I configure the router and testing the connection I get no respons
Secondly when I use a NOT existing member of AD the mail still get forwarded into CRM.

I was curious if you could provide me any advice on how to go about finding/hiring a capable CRM individual. I know that’s a broad question, and I don’t want to bother you with broad questions, but it was more of a – What shouldn’t I do, and what should I do? Should I post on forums? I don’t want to be one of those ‘annoying guys’ and I don’t want to misunderstand the important aspects of CRM/Dynamics.
The other thing I wanted to ask was what I should look for in CRM specialists based off of your experience. I’m sure there are consultants, analysts, developers, it guys, but if you had any high level advice I would appreciate hearing it.
Anyways thank you for your time and I really appreciate all you MVP’s do for the community,
